A motorist has discovered a contentious technique of getting a parking space in a busy retail area in Sydney's south.
Around 9.45 a.m., emergency personnel arrived at Westfield in Hurstville to find a Mercedes crushed beneath a Honda Civic.
According to police, the driver smashed her Honda Civic into the boom gates, causing the vehicle to roll on top of the parked automobile.
A guy in his fifties was treated by paramedics before being transferred to the hospital with minor injuries.
The driver escaped without any bodily injury.
